Here's what happens to your thought when you think about the mistakes of the past.

0:00 to 0:30. You might feel relaxed as you close your eyes and tune out the world around you.

0:30 to 2:00. You’ll start to feel uncomfortable. The most common misconception about thinking
about the past, is that the same mistakes will happen — they will not(at least not exactly the same).

2:00 to 3:00. Your inner spirit flies above you and observes your behaviour through this void that is created between you and it.

3:00 to 5:00. You’ll begin to feel lightheaded and your state state of mind has changed. You have a
clear view of what is going on. You feel to the fullest the figures/people around you.

5:00 to 6:00. Your body will start to shake as your muscles begin to uncontrollably contract.

6:00 to 7:00.You’ll black out. Your brain needs the thought, so it knocks you unconscious so your
automatic thinking mechanisms will kick back in. You lost your spirit but now it is able to absorb all the informations of the world that laying around.

7:00 and longer. The person you have with you, is waking you up. It was all an experiment. You hug each other.
